With Google+ Facebook (Chrome, Firefox and IE) and Google+ Twitter (Chrome) you can access Facebook, Twitter stream right inside Google Plus profile without having to switch tabs or open another page for that matter. Once after installing these add-ons you will have two new tabs on Google Plus homepage ie Twitter and Facebook buttons. With Google+ Twitter Chrome extension you can have a Twitter client set up inside Google Plus profile with options for posting shortened URL’s and photo sharing along with 140 chara messages. The entire timeline can be viewed and can be updated with location sharing information. When switching to Google+ Facebook extension available for Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer you can view and update via a pop up window. This seems to be a risky thing to install, from reading this page: http://www.reddit.com/r/technology/comments/ikymu/googlefacebook_allows_you_to_view_your_facebook/c24mfci
Worth reading carefully before deciding to install.
