CyanogenMod the community driven free customized version of Google backed smartphone OS has released their updated version based on Android 2.2 ( Froyo). The community behind CyanogenMod was so dynamic and as a result they were able to support all the top smartphones available in market now. That includes HTC Aria, HTC Desire, HTC Dream, HTC Evo 4G, HTC Hero (CDMA, GSM), HTC Incredible, HTC Magic, HTC Slide, Nexus One, Motorola Droid and Samsung Galaxy S .

Steps to flash CM6 to your Android device :
1. Unlock/root your device and install Clockwork Recovery via ROM Manager.
2. Do a Nandroid backup!
3. Update your radio if necessary
4. WIPE
5. Install the ROM
6. Optionally install the Google Addon
If you are upgrading from earlier CM6 :
1. Do a Nandroid Backup!
2. Install the ROM (your Google apps will be backed up automatically)

Hi,
I bought a HTC Desire and rooted it
but now I can not access super user permission ,
how can i root or unroot my phone again?
