Affiliate Disclosure
Full affiliate disclosure
Felipe Suarez runs Compixels.com, and this affiliate disclosure covers every "Tool Review" post on the site. Some of the links to tools we review, compare, or mention are affiliate links, so Compixels may earn a commission if you sign up or buy through one. You pay the same price whether or not you use our link.
Which posts contain affiliate links.
Any post that reviews or recommends a specific tool may include one or more affiliate links. When it does, the post says so at the top, in addition to this site-wide page, following the FTC's guidance on endorsements and affiliate marketing.
Affiliate links and the Compixels Score.
Commissions don't set the Compixels Score. We score every tool against the same four-axis rubric (Problem Fit, Setup Speed, ROI Clarity, Reliability & Support), whether or not we have an affiliate relationship with it, and we publish low scores as they are. The methodology page explains how scoring works.
Programs we currently participate in
Editorial independence.
We pick tools to review based on how well they fit a subfolder's category, not on commission rate. If a tool we have no affiliate deal with scores as well or better, it goes into our comparison and roundup posts too.
